After you upload your image files, you can then decide on what sizes you want to make them when displayed as thumbnails and the 'Enlarged Image' (if enabled). The size of the Javascript popups (if enabled) will always be the size of the image you actually upload, so the thumbnails and Enlarged Image must necessarily be smaller than the image you upload.

The sizes of thumbnails and enlarged image can be set per picture group, so for example if you have multiple attribute sets with differently proportioned images for each, you can vary the size of thumbnails and enlarged images to compensate for these differences and maintain the symmetry of the overall PAPs-generated layout.

Only the width of thumbnails and enlarged images can be set. This is so that the aspect ratio of each picture can be maintained regardless of size, avoiding loss of picture quality or squashing/stretching.
