I just installed the trial version and I'm getting the following message:

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/triplesd/public_html/store/admin/includes/functions/extra_functions/paps_data_access.php on line 0

I saw the previous message about changing the prefix, but I wasn't sure what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully, I can get everything installed probably and can buy the upgrade!!

Thanks for your enquiry.

You need to be able to access your database with the PHPmyAdmin application or some other way.

Then you need to find the PAPs database tables that you set up during installation. They are called:



paps_headings

paps_globals

paps_files

paps_tips_txt

paps_tips_sets

paps_linked_atts



These tables MUST be set up in your DB with these exact names. If they have a prefix, for example like zc_, which will make them



zc_paps_headings



and so on, you MUST edit the table names directly to remove the prefix from all the PAPs table names.

Thanks for your response, I was alble to install the program. Now I'm getting the following error message when I try to update my items:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/triplesd/public_html/store/admin/includes/classes/paps_delegate.php:0) in /home/triplesd/public_html/store/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 21

Thanks for the enquiry.

We've noticed a few people have been having trouble with this error (I assume you are using Zen Cart).

We have updated the Zen Cart distribution to take care of this issue.



To fix your installation, please download the Zen Cart version of PAPs again from

www.product-attribute-pictures.com/index.php/papstrials.html



Then locate this file from the new distribution

admin/includes/classes/paps_delegate.php

and copy it over your existing file which is giving the error.
