1) Does PAPs only work with product attributes or can I use it with other kinds of images?

You can use PAPs to display any kind of image you like. For example, if you want to show extra images of your product taken from different angles etc, PAPs lets you add as many as you like. You can use all the same layout and presentation options that are available when you add attribute-linked images.

2) PAPs looks good but I need it to give me slightly different functionality from what is currently available - can you make these changes for me?

3) Does PAPs create product attributes?

No. Product attributes must first be created using your store's native attribute management section (this is 'Product Attributes' in osCommerce, CRELoaded and oscMax, or 'Attributes Controller' in Zen Cart). You can then easily reference these attributes in the PAPs admin page when uploading images for them.

4) I'd like to modify some of the presentation code in PAPs to make it fit in better with the look and feel of my site. Can this be done?

Yes. Although most of the PAPs source code files are encrypted, the ones which generate the output to the product info pages of your site are not, so you can alter the HTML within those files however you require. Most of these files can be found in the includes/modules/paps_layout folder of your site.
